Connexcel would like to remind all boarding schools that for Chinese pupils hoping to return home for holidays, a negative Covid-19 test result will be required before they are allowed to board any flights to China. The results must be obtained within 5 days of travel to China. Following a negative result, the pupil must upload the report to a Chinese Embassy within 24 hours via a specific app. After it is approved by the Chinese Embassy, the student will obtain a Green QR Health Code on their phone, without which they will not be eligible to travel to China from the UK.
