The Easter Camp Winds Down

Unfortunately for the attendees, today is the last day of our Easter camp at Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools.

This camp was one of our most challenging camps yet; not only due to its length, but also because of the sheer volume of quarantining students that joined throughout its duration. Last night alone, 7 students arrived, at all hours, each of whom requiring staff to be on hand to settle them in to their lodgings for the evening.

Despite this, the camp has offered more activities to our students than any other so far. This, along with the recent beautiful weather, has allowed the attending students to get even more out of their stay and we would like to thank all staff involved for their hard work in making this another successful camp.

Many students have already signed up for the Half-term Camp in May with a lot of parents commenting on how these camps are one of the main reasons why they feel comfortable allowing their children remain studying in the UK during a pandemic.
