Student: Freda

Entry Point: Year 10 (Senior School Placement)

When Freda’s family approached us, she was studying in one of the best independent schools in Shanghai. In search of an all-round education, the family had visited schools within the US and Switzerland but did not feel that they were right for them.

It was January by the time Freda’s family contacted us for guidance. Being so late in the admissions process, we had to act fast. After a detailed consultation and thorough academic assessment, we quickly understood Freda’s strengths and the family’s requirements. Within six weeks of reaching out to us, we had shortlisted 3 co-ed schools, arranged and accompanied Freda and her family on visits to the schools and organised for her to sit the schools’ entrance exams. By March, Freda had received offers from all three schools, choosing to study at King’s Bruton. One year on, Freda is doing exceptionally well at school and has been awarded King Bruton’s Academic Scholarship.
